The Chaingun is a higher tier version of the Minigun. It has extremely high levels of ROF, the damage is that of its machine gun counterpart and is good for suppression fire.
This weapon can be bought from the Premium Weapons Dealer at the Benjamin Club for $87,000 (which would require Director's Cut).
